Animal Washcloths
This super cute free knitting pattern from Love of Knitting magazine is great for the little ones in your life. It includes a full chart to complete a knitted washcloth featuring an elephant or a trio of piglets. Perfect for gift giving, these soft, 7″ x 7″ knitted washcloths are also a quick knitting project which could be completed in an afternoon.
Don’t let the term “washcloth” limit you! Knit these up with a thicker, worsted yarn and use them as coasters or you could also combine several and make a knitted wall hanging for quick decorating or perhaps squares for a blanket.
What other fun uses can you think of for this free knitting pattern? Tell us in the comments!

you need a good cotton yarn for these-unless you’re not going to actually use them for washing-like if you wanted to frame them for the child’s room.. that would be a good use for these patterens too..
They could be sewn together like a book for a baby. Doesn’t matter if they chew them
or if they are sick.
does matty still nap for long periods of time? where do you find all the time to due so much kniittng? I’m lucky if I can get the house reasonably clean and due the laundry.
